Q How is your service different from a kennel?

A As a pet care agency owned and run solely by animal lovers, we pride ourselves on offer your pet a home from home service. Unlike Kennels you pet will be placed in the same home environment they are accustomed too. We know only too well of the love, joy and warmth that animals bring to our lives and homes. We also know that for that reason alone that they deserve the best in return when you're away from them.

We provide a personalised service where we allow you to choose your own Dogs2Mogs carer, read there profiles, view pictures and met before the day of service. Dogs2Mogs truly offers a home from home service. Your pets come first and our facility is here to provide a service dedicated solely to their needs.

Q I usually leave my pet at home during the day, is this bad for him/her?

A With busy work schedules and family commitments you may find your time is limited. You may feel you are not spending as much time as you would like with your pet. They may be spending too much time alone; therefore, it's essential that you find adequate pet care. That's where we're able to assist you; if you're looking for someone to walk or care for your dog while you're at work or away, Dogs2Mogs is here to help.

Q My pet has very particular needs. Will these be acknowledged?

A Like people, pets come in all different colours, shapes and sizes with their own individual personalities, needs and requirements. At Dogs2Mogs we fully take this into consideration. So your pet will be placed with a Dogs2Mogs carer best suited to their personality and individual needs; if your pet is on medication a special diet, or routines this will be followed as instructed by you.

Q Are Pet Carers vetted?

A Dogs2Mogs is a pet care agency which offers the highest standard of pet care available. All potential Dogs2Mogs Carers must firstly submit an application form & references only then are suitable candidates invited to interview where they are thoroughly vetted and go through our screening process before they are allowed to join our agency. All Dogs2Mogs carers are thoroughly vetted, CRB checked (Police Checked) and fully insured by us ensuring safety to your pet and home alike.

Q Is our agency Insured?

A “Yes” Dogs2Mogs Agency is fully insured by public liability Insurance our policy covers up to £2,000,000 against their negligence, our Carers are also covered by us whilst undertaking agency bookings.  Please see our terms and conditions for more information.

Q. What happens in the event of an emergency?

A.  We will contact you immediately, all necessary precautions will be under taken by your instructions, should we be unable to contact you, professional advice will be undertake by your pet’s local veterinary practice or an equivalent hospital / veterinary practice.

Q I have never used a pet care Agency before?

A Using an agency like any other new service can be a daunting one we take the strain out of pet care. Whilst in our care, your pet will be treated as if it was our own with the love, care and the respect that they deserve, you will be in constant contact with your pet & Carer as well as updated on your return; we ensure that your pet is in the best of hands whilst you are away,
